Stage Fright & Confidence Coaching

1-1 Stage Fright and Confidence Coaching Sessions

Sessions are taught exclusively via Zoom, and you will be prompted to record the session on your own device so you have the recording afterwards for your own use.

You will need to be somewhere where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session, and be using a device with a camera so I can see you. You may also choose to use headphones.

Your Stage Fright Coach Sessions are 60 min long and usually include:

  • A 10 minute chat at the start about what brought you to the session and any problems you might be facing with singing and performing.
  • A run through of the song/monologue you brought with you so we can use it as a baseline
  • 20-25 minutes of practical work on the problem you are facing – this could be in the form of mindset work, journaling, breathwork, meditation, shadow work or a combination of all!
  • 10-15 minutes of practical performance coaching – like character development, singing with emotion, vocal technique
  • Time at the end of the session to integrate the knowledge and changes into the song/monologue you brought with you

Post-session you will be prompted to do the homework that was set in the session. Follow up sessions will have a similar format, and we can work on any number of songs or monologues!

What You Need To Bring

  • A song or monologue we can work with, including a backing track if required
  • An open mind
  • A willingness to change

I may also ask you to bring water, a notebook and pen, or other practical things from your side but that will be agreed upon in advance of the session.

Post-Session Support

I will be available to you via email for up to a week after the session – because coaching doesn’t end when the session does, it can take time to integrate the learnings. This might include discussing anything that we did or for any feedback on homework, or sharing wins with me!

And if you would like extra support after the session, then you can book Voxer chat support! Imagine having a coach in your pocket…that’s what Voxer chat support is. It means you can send me a message when you’re struggling, or if you would like feedback, or need accountability and I will reply to you in real-time. Quicker and easier than email, it works just like WhatsApp but a little more private.

So, are you are willing to put the work in?
